Hola! Me llamo Marcela Fernandez. I’m from Mendoza, Argentina. I graduated from Universidad Juan Agustin Maza in Argentina with a Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy. My passion for education started in Argentina where I taught Science in Secondary Schools. In 2002, my family and I moved to the United States and we have been living in Texas since then. In 2005, I received my Certification as a Bilingual Teacher and I had the opportunity to enjoy teaching at an Elementary level for several years. In 2017, I become part of the Ridge Point High School World Languages Department. I will be teaching Spanish I and II this year. I’m excited to be able to be part of my students’ process of learning a beautiful language and culture.
