I was born and raised in Brownsville, TX.  My love for education began when I saw my mother, aunt, and cousins go into the field and I knew it was something I wanted to do.  I recieved my undergrad degree from The University of Texas at San Antonio (Class of 2002).  In 2013, I received my Master's degree from Sam Houston State University in Curriculum and Instruction and Educational Administration.  After 16 years of being in this career, I can honestly say that this has been the most rewarding experience of my life.  If I can change the life of just one of my students every year, I know that I have done my job.  It is my honor to serve as your child's teacher and ensure they have the best education possible.
