My name is Kristyn Beckwith, and I am the Special Education team leader at Leonetti Elementary. I have taught first grade, Pre-K, ECSE, SAILS, and resource/co-teach/in-class support for grades K-5. I have also supported Pre-K and ECSE teachers and students at the district level. I have been here at DLE since we opened in 2017, and I can honestly say that DLE truly is "The Greatest Place to Be!"

As your child’s case manager, I will coordinate the implementation of your child’s IEP among the different stakeholders – general education teachers, special education staff, and any other services. I am also a first point of contact for any questions you may have regarding your child’s IEP, and you can expect to receive progress updates from me each nine weeks.
