Hello, my name is Fabia Mendez, this year I will be teaching Principles of Law and Law Enforcement 1. This is my 5th year teaching in Fort Bend ISD, but I have been teaching Criminal Justice at Sam Houston State University for the last 9 years.  I am a graduate of Elkins High School and completed my B.A. and M.S. in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University.
