Greetings,

I am honored to be one of the many great teachers at Dulles High School, which is driven by its passion to equip students for excellence. Before teaching at Dulles I received a degree from East Texas Baptist University where I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Education.  I am certified in speech communication and history.  I have been teaching Social Studies at Dulles since 2011. I coach Football and Soccer.  I am a Dulles High School alum, class of 2007. While at Dulles, I lettered in football, soccer, DECA Marketing and was president of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

The reason I became a teacher is simple. I felt called into education because of great role models like Coach Kahl and Mrs. Vines from the 2nd grade. During school, I had many hurdles to overcome and my teachers where the ones who encouraged and challenged me to persevere and strive for success. I pursued education, so I could be that person for someone like my teachers were for me.
