I was born and raised in Jamaica where I graduated as an honor student with a Bachelor’s degree in Physical education and Science in 2014. I moved to the U.S. in the fall of the same year, where I began working on getting my credentials to teach in the United States. My desire to teach started while I was in high school, since then I’ve made it my lifestyle. It is not just what I do, but who I am. For this reason, I try to create a classroom where both my students and I can explore the journey of learning together. My goal is to help each of my students, as individuals, reach his or her full potential, and in so doing, will be mentally and intellectually prepared for the next stage of challenges. I am family oriented and find the classroom an extension of home. I hope we can build the future together.
