10/6/2020 Update (As of 4:30 p.m.): It has been brought to our attention that following the initial survey window when families were asked to select between the online learning model and the face-to-face model, the subsequent forms used to request changes did not ask families about their transportation needs. Because the data was not collected from this group, those students were not added to the list for transportation routing.
We are working to identify any family who requested the face-to-face model and understood that they were also requesting transportation and have not received it. We are working diligently to provide services to these families as soon as possible.
