    Transcript Request Information

    The Registrar can send student transcripts directly  to any college, university or scholarship organization. Transcripts are processed within  four (4) business days of  the date the request is received.   Please take this  processing time in consideration for your deadline.  

    SENIORS & JUNIORS - ALL official  transcript requests must be done through NAVIANCE. Unofficial transcripts are requested in person.

    SOPHOMORES & FRESHMEN -   Request official transcripts in writing via email.  Unofficial transcripts are requested in person.

    ALUMNI - ALL transcript requests have to be submitted in writing:

    Send an email to  Ms. Lawson or to Mrs. Corhn  to make your request. Please write TRANSCRIPT REQUEST in the subject line of your email.

    Please include the following information:

    1. Your name and telephone number
    2. Date of Birth
    3. The year you graduated
    4. The name and address of the College or University where you need us to mail your transcript
    5. A scanned copy/photo of your driver's license or official photo ID

     

    Note: Per our district's policy, an official transcript cannot be released to a student/guardian or alumnus. The Registrar Office must send it directly to the appropriate organization (college, university, scholarship, employer, etc.). We can provide you with an unofficial transcript.
