My name is David Craddock and I teach 5th grade Science and Math.
After working in Information Technology for many years, I decided I wanted to combine my computer knowledge with my love of learning. I have always loved Science and I get excited to tell my students about new discoveries. And having worked in the private sector, I also understand how important it is to have strong Math skills and money is a great method to teach Math.
I like to associate Math and Science with common things that my students have already experienced. I feel that it helps them understand how things work and why things happen in their lives.
In my free time, I like to drink coffee and go camping with my two dogs: Scout and Tuck. I also like to play video games, watch movies or attend live concerts.
I love to travel, and I have been fortunate enough to travel to Europe and Asia. My next stop is Australia; I heard they have good coffee.
