I began teaching World History at Clements in 1997, shortly after graduating from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education and a Minor in History. I was Academic Decathlon coach at Clements for ten years, and proudly accompanied the team to State each of those years. I recently took on the role of Social Studies Department Chair, and am honored to be part of a great team of Social Studies teachers at CHS.
In my free time I enjoy traveling and have led several student trips to Europe over the years. In 2002 I took part in a Rotary International Group Study Exchange in Karnataka, India. I also enjoy reading, cooking and spending time with my husband David and our three dogs Boomerang, Peanut and Tuck.
