Ms. Yolanda Gregory Biography

Hello, I am Ms. Yolanda Gregory. I am a native Houstonian. I am the mother of one daughter and one son. I am a graduate of Prairie View A&M University, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in mass communications. I am also a graduate of the University of Houston Clear Lake, where I earned a master’s degree in early childhood education.  I began my career in education as a Head Start teacher. That is where I found my passion for teaching young scholars. I have been an educator of young scholars for many, many years. The things I enjoy in life are teaching, reading and writing poetry, singing in my church choir, spending quality time with my family and hanging out with my Sorors of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc.  I am so excited to be a member of the Arizona Fleming elementary school family. I hope to make an incredibly positive impact on the scholars and the families that I will encounter on this new journey as an early childhood educator at AFE!
