Student Learning Schedules

  • Student schedule information will be provided by the student’s campus.  Students in grades prekindergarten through 12th grade will be required to engage in synchronous and asynchronous online instruction.  The information below outlines the approximate amount of time students will engage in learning within the 100% online learning model.

     Synchronous Learning

Remote Synchronous Instruction is two-way, real-time/live, virtual instruction between teachers and students when students are not on campus.

    Asynchronous

Remote Asynchronous Instruction is instruction that does not require having the instructors and students engaged at the same time.

  • Pre-Kindergarten – 1st Grade: Instructional Minutes

The daily schedule for PK-1st grade students will include the following minutes of instruction in each subject area.  Asynchronous learning experiences are flexible and may be engaged by the students at any time during the week.  The asynchronous minutes represent the approximate amount of time a student may spend engaging in planned asynchronous learning experiences.
