Hello!

Welcome to 1st grade! My name is Ms. Rivera, and I am so excited to be your child's first-grade teacher this year! This will be my second year at BBE. I graduated from the University of Houston with my Bachelor's in Teaching and Learning (GO COOGS!). I am EC-6 certified as well as ESL certified. In my spare time, you can find me playing with my dog, Ellie, cooking, reading, or playing video games. In my heart, I believe that I am meant to be a teacher to help every child reach their fullest potential and become life-long learners.
