Library and Media Services
Together with teachers, curriculum coordinators, technology specialists, and administrators, the FBISD library staff works to meet the educational needs of students. By providing a flexible open-access learning environment with a diverse collection of print and electronic resources, instruction takes the form of developing information literacy skills with application in curriculum objective.
The Library Media Services Department includes:
- Iva Lockett Professional Library, a resource
library for professional growth
- Campus libraries
- Teacher Center, a make-and-take center for
teachers and VIPS
