Generation TX
Prepare Now for Life After Graduation
Fort Bend ISD encourages students and parents to focus on planning for life after graduation during “Generation TX Week” from Nov. 28 to Dec. 2.
This statewide, grassroots movement is focused on creating a culture of college and career readiness leading to the most successful generation in Texas history. The district is also focused on helping students and parents by offering special programs, such as our annual Community Conference, which featured a session on college readiness, as well as our College Nights and various other campus-based programs and events.
Helpful information on higher education options, college admissions testing information and financial aid deadlines are available on the College for All Texans and Generation TX websites.
Counselors on each campus also have a variety of college readiness information for students and parents.
