Education Expedition
The Schlumberger Education Expedition is an MS 150 recommended training ride that prepares bike riders for their annual spring trek to Austin. We offer scenic routes that are designed to minimize busy intersections. We have various routes so that you can determine the miles you need. Water stations are staffed by volunteers from local schools and they will be vying for the Best Water Station award. Be prepared to be entertained along this route! We provide a scrumptious lunch and entertainment after the ride so stay and enjoy with your friends. This is one ride you don't want to miss!
Back to School Golf Scramble
 Participating in the annual Back to School Scramble golf tournament is a perfect way to support the Fort Bend Education Foundation. The tournament promises to provide a great time for you team with lunch before tee time and games along the course. Your entry fee will also include carts, beverages, a reception after the tournament, and prizes.
Passport to the World
At the festival you will be offered a feast for all your senses as booths from different countries display their cultural traditions and décor. During this international tour, you will be entertained by talented artists and students from FBISD and a host of regional dance and music schools. In addition, there will be a colorful fashion show where some of our elected officials and community members will be spicing up the runway with an international flavor. Elementary age children will want to be sure to visit the cultural crafts booth sponsored by the FBISD Fine Arts students and faculty as they visit each country's booth and record their travels in their “Passports”.
Education Foundation Gala
Our Annual Gala is a distinctive evening that celebrates the successes of the Fort Bend Education Foundation and thanks the community for its generous support. Dinner, dancing, a live and silent auction and entertainment are all on the menu for this memorable event. |
