Employee Email is intended for basic email usage from home. However, it is not a replacement for the regular email client at work.

EMPLOYEE ID LOOKUP
Employee ID Lookup is intended to retrieve PeopleSoft employee id and verify email address. If prompted for a login please type
username: district\network login
password: your password.

EMPLOYEE ABSENCE REPORTING
Employee Absence Management System provides computer access for all employees to create, review, and print past, present and future absences and to request a substitute, if needed. Absences can be cancelled. This online access is an addition to the telephone system employees have used in the past. Both systems are now available. The User ID for Web Center is your PeopleSoft Employee ID. Your PIN remains the same. New employees – before using the Web Center, please call 281.634.1381 to obtain your VIPER Personal Identification Number (PIN).

Avatar Technology's Course InSite is the web-based staff development registration tool used for workshop and seminar management, learning plans, portfolios and transcript management.

PeopleSoft Enterprise Applications Portal encompasses Financial Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Human Resources Management(HRM) currently replacing CIMS.

Fort Bend ISD Human Resources provides easy access to the employee and substitute handbooks and to common employee forms.  Several forms - Address Change, Grievance, Resignation, Records Request – are interactive online forms. All other forms can be downloaded and then completed.
