Technology Application TEKS

Technology Applications is the state enrichment curriculum that addresses the recommendations in the Texas Long-Range Plan for Technology, 2006-2020. The purpose of the state's Technology Applications curriculum is to ensure that students and educators gain and apply critical 21st Century digital knowledge and skills across the curriculum.

Grades 6-8 Technology Applications TEKS

Fort Bend ISD students in grades 5 & 8  are assessed online using Learning.com's Technology Literacy Assessment in May to measure and report technology proficiency. Students have 24/7 access to Learning.com's EasyTech program throughout the year. EasyTech is a K-8 technology literacy curriculum that integrates 21st skills into core instruction. www.learning.com
