Brief Description of Project: At each school location construct a 980 SF free standing masonry restroom: Women's with (4) toilet partition stalls & (1) handicap accessible; (4) lavs and Custodial Room; Mens with (2) urinals & (1) handicap accessible; (2) lavs and Storage Room. Entry is handicap accessible also with (2) exterior drinking fountains.
Dulles High School: New Restroom Building is located at the Track and Football Stadium, south of the Press Box Building.
Elkins High School: New Restroom Building is located between the Girls Football Field and the Tennis Courts southwest of Faculty Parking Lot.
Kempner High School: New Restroom Building is located at the east end of the Track and Football Field, between the Softball Field, Tennis Courts, and Competitive Baseball Field.
