The Fort Bend ISD Design and Construction Department is responsible for undertaking and implementing various new and remodel projects under Bond Programs. We provide comprehensive oversight of all phases of design and construction, including consultant selection, finalizing project designs, ensuring plan checks are complete, bidding, construction administration, coordination during installation of fixtures, furnishings and equipment, and project warranty period.
