Welcome to the Prekindergarten Program
Prekindergarten will provide the foundation that guides children academically, socially, and emotionally. Prekindergarten experiences can influence the rest of a child’s life. If you think your child qualifies for Prekindergarten contact one of the campuses. Bring all necessary documentation to the registration. All applications are processed on a 1st come, 1st served basis.
PreKindergarten Registration:
PreKindergarten registration will be held May 1-3, 2012.
Eligibility:
- FBISD school district resident
- Four years old on or before September 1, 2012,
- and unable to speak or comprehend the English language,
- or eligible for free/reduced lunch according to federal guidelines,
- or homeless,
- or in foster care (currently or previously)
- or must have a parent currently on active duty (or injured or killed while on active duty)
Transportation:
Fort Bend ISD does not provide transportation for the Prekindergarten program. Parents may register their child at any Prekindergarten campus upon availability, but parents must transport children.
Student Code of Conduct:
All enrolled Prekindergarten students are expected to follow the Fort Bend ISD Student Code of Conduct.
