Academies are personalized, small learning communities that function within a larger high school with a mixture of career and academic classes offered to students. Enrollment of approximately 400 students is eventually anticipated for each academy.
Students attending academies generally take more advanced courses in their areas of specialization and have the opportunity to earn college credit.
Academy Applications
The application window for the 2012-2013 school year is now closed for all academies. Notification letters will be mailed to students in March. If selected for an academy, students must Accept or Decline their spot in the academy by April 2, 2012.
