We are so excited to be at Walker Station this 2009-2010 school year! What a wonderful place to be! We appreciate the staff, students and community for welcoming us as part of the WSE family.
 
We look forward to a successful year at WSE and are focused on helping maintain our TEA Exemplary status. Thank you to the parents of our community for all of the dedication and support they provide to our children on a daily basis. Kristi Corbitt:
Previously I have taught second and fourth grades in Northwest ISD near Fort Worth and Northside ISD in San Antonio. In December of 2008 I completed my Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from The University of Texas at San Antonio. My husband and I moved to Houston this past summer and love the area. We have no children yet but love our two Chihuahua dogs like they are our kids.
 
I believe that every student should feel cared for and successful at school. At WSE we work hard with our students to build mutual relationships of respect and trust. I want students to be successful, eager, life-long learners and have high expectations of every student at our school. WSE is an amazing school with an even more amazing staff! I know that we will have a stupendous year!
 
DiAnna Feemster:
I have been in education for over 20 years, with the majority of my career in Fortbend ISD. My husband and I have two wonderful children, Jake and Christy and will soon have a lovely daughter-in-law. I graduated from Sam Houston State University and earned my Master’s degree from the University of Houston in June of 2007.
 
I have high expectations for our students at WSE and know that with the help of our teachers and staff each student will be successful. I am here to help each student become a life-long learner and each day at WSE is a new opportunity to make a positive impact on our children.
