Mrs. Jeryl Jean (J.J.) Kyle is the principal of the newest FBISD High School that opened in the 2006-2007 school year. Kyle has over 36 years of experience in secondary public education, with 24 years in administration and 11 years as a principal. She began her career as an American History teacher as Huntsville Intermediate School, teaching there three years. After leaving the Huntsville area, she first came to Fort Bend ISD in 1973 as a history teacher at Dulles Middle School, and also taught history at Sugar Land Middle School, before becoming as Associate Principal at Missouri City Middle School. Kyle also served as Associate Principal at Dulles Middle School before opening Garcia Middle School as the school's first principal. Her most recent position was principal of Sartartia Middle School, where she was also responsible for opening the school. Mrs. Kyle holds a Master of Education degree and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education and Government from Sam Houston State University. She earned her Mid-Management Administrative Certification from Prairie View A & M University, and attended the Center for Executive Leadership at Lamar University, and many others.
