Hotel Management is a specialized course for students who have a career interest in the management aspects of lodging, convention services, or sales and marketing. This is a year long course in which the classroom instruction includes a work-based component. Students participating in this course rotate through all departments of local hotels. Students reinforce site learning with supplemental materials for classroom instruction provided by the American Hotel & Motel Association. DECA dues $25.00
