Welcome to PE

Welcome to Physical Education.
During the year students will have the opportunity to explore a wide range of activities designed to promote and enhance Physical Fitness, locomotor and non-locomotor movements, and manipulative skills. Students learn how to have fun through actively playing games and learning specific skills. We try to create a positive atmosphere through teamwork and having a positive attitude! Mrs. Bernstein’s goal is to help students understand the importance of being active, eating well and leading a happy and healthy life!
