CBLT is our site-based decision-making structure. The team is comprised of elected representatives from each grade level and team, an at-large elected teacher, two parents, and a community and/or business representative. A representative from one of the central office department joins the campus administrators to complete the team. Our Campus Based Leadership Team members meet monthly, with one public meeting each year. CBLT reviews TAKS results, the operation of the school, instructional arrangements, the budget, and has final approval on the staff development plan.
