Language Arts This nine weeks in Language Arts we are studying sentence structure and doing daily writing.
Reading In Reading we are learning how to identify inferences and making some of our own inferences using the clues around us.
Math In Math we are exploring number operations and having fun with basic Math facts.
Science Science is an adventure in the exploration of plants and how they grow. We will be doing our own experiments and watching plants grow.
Social Studies Social Studies is where we are studying the community and its parts. We will also be learning about our government and our basic Geography skills.
Parent Notes Please remember to check for your child’s homework packet which will be sent home every Monday. Also check the planners for any notes from the teachers and daily conduct grades. We will also be participating in a Hispanic Heritage project which will be due the week of Oct.8th.
Upcoming Events
Report Cards go home Oct. 29th. We will be celebrating Hispanic Heritage during the months of September and October. Also we will be hosting a Math and Literacy night October 8th.
