Natosha Roberts Hello and welcome to my Bio Page! My name is Ms. Natosha Roberts and I’m ecstatic that you have stopped by my site. Please allow me to tell you a little bit about myself! I graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science degree focused in the areas of Information Systems and Graphic Communications Technology. It was during my senior year at U of H that I realized what I was truly called to do with my life. For this reason, I consider my college experience so significant because it led me to my career and true passion, teaching! After graduation I began teaching Technology Systems for 9th through 12th grade students at Westfield High School located in the Spring Independent School District. While teaching high school I decided that I wanted help younger children so I left Spring ISD for a kindergarten teaching position at Tidwell Elementary, North Forest ISD. Subsequently I found my place and permanent home with Fort Bend ISD where I have taught third grade, fourth and fifth grade (READ 180), and am currently the Literacy Specialist for Ridgemont Elementary where I service 3rd-6th grade students. I am very passionate about teaching and am overjoyed when a child’s eyes light up because he/she has achieved a goal, succeeded at a task, or overcome an obstacle. I enjoy my career and understand the importance of who and what I am to my students. It is my vow to remain a student advocate who is committed to children and their social and academic growth. Furthermore, it is my belief that laying and enforcing a foundation for learning promotes life-long success. Thanks for visiting my page!
