Welcome to Spanish 7

In Spanish IB, students will connect their previous learning from Spanish IA to new language concepts and cultural explorations. Students in Spanish IB will improve their Spanish verbal and written communication skills, as well as their listening and reading skills, by engaging in meaningful activities. Some of the performance tasks that students will learn to do include: expressing emotions and describing others, buying a home in a Spanish speaking country, shopping for clothing, and ordering food in a restaurant. Spanish IB is a course which attempts to integrate ELA, Social Studies, Math, and Science so that deeper learning connections can be made across the curriculum.
