Weekly Student Folders are sent home every Tuesday. Please make sure to check your student's Tuesday Folder. Each week teachers send home graded papers and important communcation from the school.

Due to changes in the federal child nutrition laws, we have had to change our policy on bringing birthday treats into the cafeteria. As of November 16, 2009, birthday treats will no longer be allowed in the cafeteria during lunchtime. If you would like to bring a birthday treat for your child, please be aware that the treats will be served in the classroom during the last 15 minutes of the school day. We are also asking that parents supply plates and napkins since they will be enjoying the treats in the classroom.

Effective September 1, 2009, drivers are prohibited from using their cell phones in school zones. Please remember the car rider line is considered part of our school zone.

School Bus Route Information for ALL eligible FBISD students is available via Edulog’s Web Query. This can be accessed by visiting the FBISD Home Page at http://www.fortbendisd.com/ and clicking on the School Bus Route Locator link at the lower left of the page under Services. If your child is eligible for bus services, you can click on the School code button and details about times will display. Click on View Map to see the bus stop location.
 

The School Store is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:30-7:50 a.m. It is also open on Sprirt Day Fridays during lunch. Come shop for cool pencils, erasers, other school supplies and of course Cougar gear!

Parents do not forget to send a written note with your child when they return to school. This must be done within TWO school days of the student's return or the absence will be "unexcused". Absence notes must include the date of the absence, the reason, the parent's signature, and contact phone number. Email notes are acceptable.
 
Tardies- Student learning begins promptly at 8:00 a.m. Your child is tardy if he/she is not IN their CLASSROOM at 8:00 a.m.
