Theatre Arts I - Theatre Arts I is a year course (1 Credit) which presents an overview of the collaborative art, Theatre. Theatre I is an introductory course. It includes an expressive use of the voice, body and imagination. Students are expected to learn stage terminology and acquire appreciation for live theatrical events. Memorization, reading and writing skills are necessary. Character and acting skills are emphasized. Student evaluation is based on class participation, performances, field work, and written work.
