GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES
 
Facilitate the effective delivery of curriculum and instruction in math and serves as a resource for teachers recommending teaching strategies and providing direct service in curriculum and staff development. Provides assistance to the classroom teacher in planning effective instruction for students. Delivers math instruction to small groups of students. Assists in the preview and selection of instructional materials. Assists in the development and implementation of staff development in the area of math. Develops, reviews with teachers and implements district wide curriculum objectives. Serves as a math liaison between central staff and building staff. Serves as the district assessment manager for Math and Science.
