Volunteering at Elkins High School
|
|
All persons who want to volunteer at our campus must complete an on-line application. Paper applications are no longer being processed. If an individual does not have access to a computer or needs assistance, he/she may go to the Human Resources Office on the first floor of the administration building and they will assist you with the application process.
In addition, a social security number is required on all volunteer applications. They are often needed when conducting criminal background checks. Applications without social security numbers will not be processed

To order a transcript, please include the following information:
Name while attending Elkins
Date of birth
School ID (if you remember it) or
Social Security Number
Graduation Date
Phone Number
If the transcript is to be picked up or mailed
If the transcript is to be mailed, the complete mailing address for the school

Physical Form for 2009-2010

Please note the four documents needed to participate in sports for 2009-2010. They are the physical form, Athletic Policies form, Steroid Form and the Emergency Contact form. All must be completely filled out prior to participation.

Elkins High School Alumni Site

A web-site has been built for all alumni of EHS to use. This site has no association with the school or the school district. It was set up by former students at EHS.
