Pamela Millikan is the reading specialist has taught for 20 years. She has served as a reading specialist, E.S.L., and a Title One instructor. She holds a M.E.D. from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Texas.
She has received numerous grants and was selected as Teacher of the Year in 2002-2003.
