Criminal Background Form
|
|
Any adult who wishes to help with a class party, a class activity, chaperone a class field trip, or volunteer in any way must first complete a criminal background check. The good news is that this form no longer requires a social security number and can also now be completed on line. Go to the Fort Bend home page, click on Be a Partner on the left, and you will see the link. Or you may access the paper version with the attached document.
