Welcome to Pre-Kindergarten

Welcome to pre-kindergarten. This language-intensive program is available for eligible children who are four by September 1st of the current school year. To be eligible, your child must qualify based on an oral language test or provide proof of low-income. An oral language test is given when English is the secondary language rather than the primary one. Throughout the year, the children participate in singing and movement activities, interact with peers at learning centers and develop communication skills. The young children sort objects, repeat simple patterns, count, jump, run, write their names and participate in rhyming games. The beginning experience of school is an exciting adventure in learning!
