Welcome to Music!
 
Classroom instruction includes singing skills, rhythm activities, active movement, music notation, performance skills, and instrument exploration. Emphasis is on introducing and enjoying music, as well as preparing the student for further instruction.
 
While each grade level will have the opportunity to play instruments in music class, fifth grade students look forward to learning to play the recorder. Fourth and fifth grade students are also able to participate in after-school choir.
