Registration packets may be picked up from the front office during summer hours, Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm. The office will be closed for the lunch hour, 12:00pm to 1:00pm, each day.

Kindergarten Immunization Requirements 2009-2010

Please click on the Related Document in this section to see the complete list of required immunizations for enrolling kindergarten students for 2009-2010. New vaccine requirements this year for entering kindergarten students are: MMR - 2 doses, Hepatitis A - 2 doses, and Varicella - 2 doses or proof of chickenpox disease. Some pediatrician offices may not be aware of these new school requirements, so please check with your child's doctor now to ensure that your child enrolling in kindergarten for 2009-2010 has all of the required vaccines. We cannot place enrolling kindergarten children with a teacher until proof of having received all required vaccines is provided to the school's clinic.
