My name is Margaret Dale and I have been the school nurse at Fleming Elementary since 2003. I grew up in Wisconsin where I recieved my bachelors degree in nursing from the Unviersity of Wisconsin, but have been in Texas since 1981. I am married and have 2 children ages 24 and 21. My son is a graduate of Texas A&M, gig'em, and my daughter is a junior at Sam Houston State, go Bearkats. My experience before school nursing was in ICU, CCU and ER. I took off several years to be with my children and returned to the workforce in 1998 as a school nurse, first at LCISD and then FBISD.
I love school nursing, there is nothing like the smile of a child to change the dreariest day into one filled with sunshine. I especially love working at Fleming Elelmentary. I work with the best staff in all of FBISD. It is a privilege to work here and care for your children.
