Welcome to the Arizona Fleming Elementary STAR family!
 
I am a graduate of Texas A&M University. I have 17 years teaching experience in 3rd - 5th grade. I have taught in Texas, Florida, and Oklahoma. I received a Masters in Administration in 2000 from Southern Nazarene University. I was an Assistant Principal in Oklahoma for one year and at Arizona Fleming Elementary for two years prior to becoming Principal this year.
 
As Principal, I'm delighted and honored to work with such a dedicated and supportive faculty and a community of parents. We strive for Excellence where we put the students first in not only academics, but in building a firm foundation in character development. We truly do shine brightly and reach for the stars daily!
 
I believe that quality time with my family is precious; therefore, I dedicate much of my spare time attending baseball and basketball practices and games with my sons in addition to watching my daughter participate in numerous dancing competition events.
