If your children are suddenly coming home begging for "Humphrey" books, that's because Betty Birney came to visit us on October 27th. The students really enjoyed her presentation, and many of us found out that we're all really hamsters disguised as humans!
 
Also, only one more week until the CWE Book Fair! The Fair will be November 9-13, 2009. We will be open daily 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. with special hours on Wednesday (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.) and Family Night Thursday (6 p.m. - 8 p.m.). Please stop by to buy books for your students and their teachers' classrooms, too. All money raised from the Book Fair goes towards the purchase of new books and supplies for the library.
 
Coming up November 23rd, the library is hosting Julian Franklin Productions' presentation Arctic Express for Kindergarten - 3rd grade classes.
