Kindergarten registration for the 2010 - 2011 school year will be held
 
April 13: 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
April 14-15: 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Be sure to bring:
1. Child's Birth Certificate
2. Child's Immunization Records
3. Proof of Residence - Current electricity, gas or water bill AND current lease or deed
4. Driver’s License - current AND showing address zoned to the school
5. Child’s Social Security Card (if have one) .

Students must be five years old on or before September 1, 2010.

Please click on the Related Document in this section to see the complete list of required immunizations for enrolling kindergarten students for 2009-2010. New vaccine requirements this year for entering kindergarten students are: MMR - 2 doses, Hepatitis A - 2 doses, and Varicella - 2 doses or proof of chickenpox disease. Some pediatrician offices may not be aware of these new school requirements, so please check with your child's doctor now to ensure that your child enrolling in kindergarten for 2009-2010 has all of the required vaccines. We cannot place enrolling kindergarten children with a teacher until proof of having received all required vaccines is provided to the school's clinic.
