DSP Goal 1: FBISD will implement strategies that result in students meeting high standards of achievement.
By 2009, 80 percent or more of all 3rd- 6th grade students at Armstrong Elementary School will meet the passing standard as measured by the reading TAKS.
By 2009, 80 percent or more of all 3rd- 6th grade students at Armstrong Elementary School will meet the passing standard as measured by the math TAKS.
By 2009, 80 percent or more of all 5th grade students at Armstrong Elementary School will meet the passing standard as measured by the science TAKS.
DSP Goal 2: FBISD will foster partnerships with the community to support our students and school system.
Armstrong Staff will be highly qualified through ongoing goal setting and professional development.
