As the 7th largest and one of the fastest growing school districts in the state of Texas, Fort Bend Independent School District is committed to excellence at all levels and strives to support the Fort Bend community in practicing the highest levels of ethical conduct.
The purpose of the anonymous hotline is to improve Fort Bend Independent School District and to demonstrate a commitment to high ethical standards. The District selected Lighthouse Services, a third party confidential hotline provider, to offer employees a safe and simple way to report concerns regarding potential financial fraud or misconduct.
You may file a report with Fort Bend ISD through the Lighthouse Services website or by telephone by dialing toll-free 877-472-2110. Fort Bend ISD guarantees reports submitted to Lighthouse Services will be handled promptly and discreetly.
The District expects that reports submitted through the Lighthouse Services will be made in good faith to address legitimate claims of potential financial fraud or misconduct. Reports found to be intentionally false or misleading serve only to degrade the level of trust and openness with employees, vendors, and other members of the District community. Such reports are unwelcome and violate the terms and conditions the reporter must agree to prior to submitting a report.
Employees with concerns about their working conditions or terms of work should report those matters through the proper channels. Such concerns are not addressed through the Lighthouse system. If you have a question about your benefits, pay check, salary or have a grievance with the District, please follow proper guidelines and redirect these concerns where they are more appropriately handled.
